Nike - Play New Kids NY/LA

2021 Play New Kids activation/build in Los Angeles and NY flagship doors for Nike. At this point, my studio was operating as the Agency of Record for Nike Brand Experience in Retail Execution, I was operating as studio manager and lead producer. Oversight of design execution, production, vendor management, budgets, install oversight and final capture.
