2022 MLB Allstar activation/build in the Los Angeles flagship door for Nike. At this point, my studio was operating as the Agency of Record for Nike Brand Experience in Retail Execution, I was operating as studio manager and lead producer. Oversight of design execution, production, vendor management, budgets, install oversight and final capture.
